Revendicatif Formation continue : en RC et/ou RC

Conjointement aux difficultés liées à l’opérationnalité des services, la formation continue est, quand elle existe, trop souvent réalisée sur les RC ou encore RL…. Pire encore, selon certaines directions d’emploi, ce principe n’étant pas caractérisé réglementairement dans l’APORTT, il ne donnerait lieu à AUCUNE COMPENSATION POUR UNITÉ SGP POLICE, UNE FORMATION ORGANISÉE SUR UN RC OU RL DOIT ÊTRE COMPENSÉE. UNITÉ SGP POLICE REVENDIQUE LA MODIFICATION DE L’APORTT La réglementation relative à l’organisation et au temps de travail ? ET SI ON LA SIMPLIFIAIT ?
